When choosing sheet materials, you should take into account both the application requirements and the product cost. For instance, if you want to reduce the thickness of the sheet material, you can only do so by using a slightly more expensive alloy as the material. The hardness and strength of the sheet also directly determine the size and arrangement of the holes. And you should understand that the commonly used plates are more acceptable than the special requirements. The types of plates we can provide for you include: stainless steel, carbon steel, zinc plates, galvanized plates, aluminum plates, brass, copper, plywood, fiberboard, rubber plates, cardboard, wood boards, aluminum-magnesium alloy plates, nickel plates, fiberboard, PVC plates and various composites. Thin plates are easier to punching and are also relatively cheaper. Under the premise of conforming to the principle of small hole diameters, an appropriate plate thickness is more conducive to enhancing the product's ability to withstand compressive strength. Plates generally have certain tolerances. The thickness of the plates we can punch ranges from 0.1mm to 25mm. The specifications of the plates are generally 1000mm*2000mm and 1000mm* N-meter rolled plates.
"Aperture"
Generally speaking, the hole diameter should be greater than or equal to the thickness of the plate, that is, it should conform to the principle of small hole diameter. The closer the hole diameter you require is to the thickness of the sheet, the greater the difficulty of processing will be and the higher the processing fee will be. In some materials, the hole diameter can be made smaller than the thickness of the sheet. The aperture we produce can be as small as 0.08mm.
Hole spacing
The center distance is the distance between the center of one hole and the center of another hole that is closer to it. The center distance is one way to indicate the spacing of holes, and the other is the opening ratio. The essential meanings of these two expressions are the same.
"Opening rate.
The opening ratio refers to the ratio of the area of holes to the total area of the board, and it can be expressed as a percentage. You must be aware that the pressure of the punching equipment can cause deformation of the sheet metal, and the higher the opening rate, the more obvious the deformation of the sheet metal, especially when there are no edges left at the four corners. This deformation can be flattened through the processing of a special machine in our workshop. Therefore, you also need to carefully consider and put forward any special requirements for flattening to us.
Leave the edge
The left edge refers to the area at the edge of the board that is not punched. A typical orifice plate requires the long side to be left edge. If you have any special requirements, you need to provide us with the dimensions of the four sides. The edges may be affected due to production reasons. If it does not meet your requirements, we will provide similar products with your consent.
